Morpis provides tools for freelancers and small teams, including invoice creation, quotation generation, VAT calculation, expense tracking, profit summaries, and related workspace features.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use Morpis only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content and business data you submit to Morpis, including invoices, quotations, client data, expense records, and related workspace information.

You grant Morpis a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Morpis provides templates, calculations, and automation features for convenience. Generated invoices, quotations, tax outputs, expense summaries, and profit reports are tools only.

You remain responsible for reviewing all generated content before using, sharing, or relying on it.

If Morpis offers paid plans, pricing, features, billing intervals, and related limits may be described on the website or during checkout.

You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your plan.

We aim to keep Morpis available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform maintenance, release updates, change features, or adjust service limits at any time.

Morpis may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payments, email, storage, and other operational needs.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.

Morpis and all related software, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, and service features are owned by Morpis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service.

You may stop using Morpis at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the Service in an abusive or unlawful manner.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account and stored data, subject to our retention practices and legal obligations.

Morpis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morpis and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Morpis for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) if no fees were paid.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Morpis and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where Morpis operates, excluding conflict of law rules.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by updating the effective date, through the Service, or by email when appropriate.

Your continued use of Morpis after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
